Exclusivity 

The reps will exclusively sell ARI Cabinets' products, avoiding any conflicts with competing products to maximize market penetration, unless otherwise agreed to with the company.

Compensation

During the term of this agreement, the Dealer shall receive a sales commission based on the below table. The factor is a multiplier of the published price list of ARI Cabinets. The Territory is outlined in the territory section above. Commissions are paid solely on net sales invoices which have been billed and collected in full. Partial payments will accrue commissions only once they are collected in full. Net Sales per month are defined as total sales minus discounts, rebates, returns, chargebacks, liquidated damages, as well as shipping and insurance costs. For specific sales or programs, commissions may be negotiated on an individual basis. A commission report will be provided to the Agent by the 10th of each subsequent month, with payments made by the 15th for invoices fully settled the previous month.
